You’ll be asked to select the workshop of your choice and note if you would like workshop housing or not. Workshop without housing: $400 (respective deposits are included)
Workshop with housing: $700 (respective deposits are included)

Transportation to and from the airport is not included.

Refund Policy

The $50.00 deposits are non-refundable. Tuition and housing fees are fully refundable until Wednesday, June 20, 2012. After this date, all fees are non-refundable regardless of early cancellation or departure from the workshops.

• Graphic Design

You’ve always been visual, seeing the world in a unique way. At the Summer Studio workshop, students will learn basic typography and layout skills by participating in a project where they will design a poster, stressing originality and creativity. This will be a step-by-step process, building on concepts covered each day.

• Interior Design

You’ve always been able to create a specific atmosphere in any type of space. Our Summer Studio workshop will teach you the elements of color, space planning, materials, furniture, and architectural design.

• Digital Photography

In our Summer Studio Photography workshops, students will work with digital cameras and software to photograph and edit images. Students will work in our studio, as well as on location to achieve a full range of photographic experiences.

• Media Arts & Animation

During the Summer Studio workshop, you will learn how 3D Software and Digital Imaging integrate into the production of an Animation. Use your creativity to collaborate with other students and produce attention- grabbing animation and effects.

• Web Design & Interactive Media

In the workshop, you will combine your artistic and technical skills to communicate a message, and learn how to promote a project for maximum impact. Bring ideas to life using our industry-related software and hardware.

• Fashion Design

You love the look, feel, and coordination of garments. In our Summer Studio workshop, you take a fashion concept, combine it with the essential elements of design, and create an evening wear original design.

• Fashion & Retail Management

Students attending this workshop will learn how to develop a marketing or merchandising plan by examining areas of the business side of fashion.

• Baking & Pastry, Culinary Arts, And Culinary Management

You enjoy aromas, textures, and flavors of a variety of cuisines. During our Summer Studio Culinary workshops, you’ll receive instruction in our professional kitchens from accomplished chefs with extensive hands-on training.

All workshops conducted at The Art Institutes schools are non-credit bearing and do not transfer into any of the programs offered at The Art Institutes.
